independent and non-commissioned ‘Boses ng Bayan’ job performance assessment
survey conducted by RPMD Foundation Inc. has recognized Congressman Jason
Almonte and Congressman Ando Oaminal of Misamis Occidental as among the
top-performing representatives in Northern Mindanao. Their exceptional legislative
performance and constituent services have had a significant impact on the lives

Jason Almonte secured third place with an impressive 88.1%, while Congressman
Ando Oaminal followed closely in fourth place with 86.7%. These results
