On January 20, 2025, Elcarte, who drives Motorcab 0855, discovered a blue bag left behind in his vehicle by a passenger. Instead of keeping the valuable items, he promptly turned it over to the City Traffic Management and Services (CTMS) office.

The bag contained a laptop, a tablet, IDs, and other personal belongings. Thanks to Elcarte’s quick action and sense of responsibility, the items were safely returned to their rightful owner, Mr. Jun Raul Rara Jr.
