Staying true to his commitment to serving the people, Congressman Ando Oaminal reaffirmed the importance of the Padayon Asenso Free Hospitalization Program through a ceremonial turnover of financial assistance to hospitals in the province’s 2nd District. The initiative aims to ensure that Misamisnons, especially those struggling financially, receive zero-balance billing during hospital admissions.

Congressman Oaminal shared his dedication to the program through a social media post today, January 28, 2025, stating: "Kung si BDO pa, 'We Find Ways,' kita sa ASENSO, 'We MAKE ways!'" During the event, he highlighted the funds allocated for covering excess hospital billings:

  • MHARS Medical Center: ₱50 million
  • Faith Hospital: ₱25 million
  • St. Joseph Hospital: ₱24 million

In a time when healthcare costs continue to rise, the Padayon Asenso Free Hospitalization Program has become a lifeline for the residents of Misamis Occidental. The initiative eliminates excess billing for admitted patients, providing financial relief and ensuring that no family has to choose between health and financial stability.

This effort is made possible through the collaboration of President Ferdinand "Bongbong" Marcos Jr., Speaker Martin Romualdez, Governor Henry S. Oaminal, and Team Asenso. Their unwavering support has solidified the program as a cornerstone of public service in the region.

Stakeholder’s and  partner hospitals expressed immense gratitude for the program, emphasizing how it alleviates the financial burden of hospital stays. The allocation of nearly ₱99 million demonstrates Congressman Oaminal’s dedication to prioritizing healthcare—a critical need for the community.

Congressman Oaminal's leadership and the program’s success embody Team Asenso’s vision of genuine public service. By bridging gaps in healthcare access, the initiative continues to strengthen trust and solidarity between the government and its people.

With the support of national and provincial leaders, the Padayon Asenso Free Hospitalization Program remains a testament to the power of collaboration and dedication, ensuring that no Misamisnon is left behind. As Congressman Oaminal aptly put it:
"Padayon ang lubos-lubos nga serbisyo ug tinudanay nga serbisyo para sa Asenso Pinoy!".
