MISAMIS OCCIDENTAL, Philippines — Governor Henry S. Oaminal of Misamis Occidental has been officially appointed as the new Chairperson of the Regional Development Council of Northern Mindanao (RDC-X) for the 2025–2028 term, marking another milestone in his public service career and reaffirming his leadership in driving inclusive and sustainable development across the region.

The appointment recognizes Oaminal’s proven governance track record and his consistent efforts to promote unity, growth, and good governance within Misamis Occidental—values that now extend to the broader Northern Mindanao region.
