Misamis Occidental Provincial Governor expressed pride in the achievements of abuse survivors and reiterated the government's steadfast commitment to supporting their journey towards academic excellence. "Every child deserves the opportunity to thrive academically, regardless of their past experiences," stated Governor Oaminal.
